I am laughing because hello it’s me trying to carry all the groceries in one load so I don’t have to make two trips and now I feel like it’s a metaphor for my entire life and I need to slow down and enjoy each opportunity to carry in groceries. And I know it’s much deeper than groceries.
Thank you for this. You know I’ve been struggling and this is the reframe I’ve needed. ❤️
This was a really nice start to my day. It's consistent with other "habit languages" I've been studying, and the ripple-out effect is so important. When you can do this for yourself, you gain the capacity to offer it with others. A force-based system becomes an invitation for good, which transforms the work itself -- or at least your ability to meet the work with goodwill. I'm in!

Are you asking if I wrote this specifically for you? 🤪
And I love you as it’s the metaphor for all of us right now.
Thoughts like this one are why I read and enjoy your post each week
