Ive noticed in myself from dating, to job opportunities, to parenting, to work, to friendship, to all of it when I am chaotic – – chaos gets reflected back to me/at me.
I am definitely going to sit tonight and think about what I need in my PFAK.
Life has felt a bit chaotic lately so I think pulling this together will help immensely. Thank you - I didn’t even know I needed this but just thinking about having it makes me feel a little more peaceful ❤️
