Clearly, I’ve been thinking about the FRP concept for years now – – the past few weeks and going forward I’m shifting my mindset to challenging myself around: am I showing up consistently for those who see me as in their front row?
As I age, FRP become more and more important. You'd think they wouldn't … we tend to 'grow into ourselves' as we get older, becoming more self-sufficient and less reliant on others for support and validation. That's certainly happened for me, but I value my FRP more and more as the years roll by.
Direct and immediate. Love this.
I’ve been doing this for 2ish months now and all of you who consistently show up are my FRP.
Whether you are private & shy and message me or comment here – – I see you I value you I appreciate you.
I had no trouble at all identifying two as I read your post. I think you're onto something.

Thank you so much for jumping in👏

That is exactly it. So I shouldn’t even respond because you’ve done the #MicDrop comment.
We are more independent we are more self-aware we have completely stepped into who we are – – or hopefully :-) – – and yet those FRP 😍
Perhaps the shift is we realize we don’t need 20 perhaps we only need two we can truly count on.
Thanks for always always being my FRP. ❤️
Am I your FRP? Or have I crawled up there on stage with you? 😂
I so mean and feel what I said to the then 11-year-old progeny :-)
As a grown adult womanhuman in the world – – I couldn’t make it without my front row people.
🤍
I’m sure there have been many times we’ve crawled up on the other’s stages. Sometimes you just need someone pressed right up against your side. 🫂
… And a guest post was born.
Stage crawlers and how to navigate around them while receiving their support and without making a scene in 67 circuitous steps.
