We’ve been doing Substack together for close to a month.
Has it gone as I’d hoped? Heck no :-)
I’m still finding my Substack-way and figuring out how I get us to create conversation (notes? chat?) versus direct private messages.
Has it gone as I’d hoped? Better than I could have ever imagined.
Here’s the thing, jumping back into the online fray and shouting:
I’ve returned! I have something to say!
…is one of the bravest things I’ve done in a while.
And yet? You joined me.
You read and listen and reflect back to me why you are still interested and curious about what I have to share.
You disclose your struggles and in doing so hold a mirror up to all I know to be true.
As a community, we’ve been wintering.
We are hunkering, rebooting, and getting clear about who we are and what it will look like when we step into our most vibrant lives.
For me, wintering has looked like all the above and resulted in creating a Manifesto of Consistency.
A declaration of beliefs, intentions, and goals.
A 1-minute & 39-second definition of purpose, call to action, and battle cry.
A love letter of sorts to you for reflecting back to me who I am and what you’ve learned from me over the years.
The Consistency Advantage.
Yep. Our name has changed.
Thank you for being here.
This is very well written and spoken. Inspirational!
The manifesto is AMAZING. 👏🏻👏🏻
